Cancellation Policy

Last-Minute Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure the highest level of service and to honor all scheduled sessions, Transforming Midlife requires a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy is in place to manage our schedule effectively and to accommodate other clients. Cancellation Notice: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 12 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee of $95 to compensate for the lost session time. Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, clients are encouraged to contact Transforming Midlife directly. Consideration for waiving or reducing the fee may be given on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Karen Dugdale - Transforming Midlife. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all our clients.
