Privacy Policy
When registering for a session or course or booking an appointment, personal details such as name, email address, telephone number, and payment information are collected. Additional information—such as feedback or session notes—may also be gathered to better tailor the offerings to individual needs.

The collected information is used to manage bookings, process payments, communicate important updates, and enhance the overall experience. With explicit consent, contact details may occasionally be used to share news, upcoming events, or special offers, with an option to opt out at any time.

All personal information is kept confidential and is never sold or rented to third parties. When third-party service providers are involved, such as payment processors or online course platforms, they adhere to strict data protection standards and confidentiality agreements. Information may only be shared when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Industry-standard security measures are used to protect personal data, though no method is entirely foolproof. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law and is securely disposed of when no longer needed.

Individuals have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information (subject to any legal obligations that require its retention). For any questions or to exercise these rights, please contact hello@transformingmidlife.com.
This policy may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This privacy policy is designed to ensure that personal privacy is respected and that every effort is made to provide a secure and supportive experience.
