​The Wheel of Life is a simple way to check in with yourself and see how things are feeling across different areas of your life - all in one snapshot.

Each section of the wheel represents a different life area. All you need to do is rate how satisfied you feel in each one, right now - not how it looks from the outside, but how it honestly feels on the inside.

Use a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is "this area really needs some love" and 10 is "I feel really good about this."

​

Once you've rated each section, you'll have a clear picture of where life feels full and flowing — and where it might be feeling a little flat.

There are no right or wrong answers. This is just for you - a starting point for noticing what matters and where you'd like to put some focus.
