The Women’s Wellbeing Hour is a monthly radio show on Compass FM, dedicated to empowering women in midlife and beyond.

 

Hosted by Steph McDonald (Compass FM) and yours truly , each episode explores real-life topics around health, hormones, mindset, and purpose, with practical advice, plenty of honesty and humour.

 

It’s your hour to pause, reconnect, and feel inspired to navigate menopause and midlife with confidence, balance, and renewed energy along with some great music too!

The Women’s Wellbeing Hour airs 8–9pm (NZST) on the second Wednesday of each month.

Welcome to your Free Resources - a collection of simple, powerful tools designed to help you navigate midlife with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

 

Each resource offers practical mindset and hypnotherapy techniques to help you manage stress, sleep better, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover your spark.

Referral Programme

 

When a referred woman becomes a client, her booking contributes to a Sponsored Support Fund - reviewed every six months to offer a small number of women three fully funded sessions who couldn't otherwise access support.

​

Sponsored sessions are delivered with the same care and professionalism as all private work.

​

As a quiet thank-you, both the referrer and the person referred receive a small credit toward future workshops or seminars:

​

  • Valid for 12 months from issue

  • Group workshops and seminars only

  • No obligation to use it

 

Referrals are entirely consent-led - I don't reach out to anyone directly. If someone chooses to book, they simply note your name on the intake form.
