"The Midlife Relief Kit" - Book

If you’re navigating anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes, a quiet loss of confidence, or wondering who you are now and what’s next, The Midlife Relief Kit offers calm, practical support you can return to whenever you need it.
This isn’t a book to read cover to cove, it’s a grounded, compassionate toolkit designed to help you settle your mind, soothe overwhelm, and reconnect with yourself during perimenopause and beyond.
No fixing. No pressure. Just real relief, written by someone who truly understands this transition.

Referral Programme
I run a cause-led referral programme designed to extend access to hypnotherapy and mindset support in a thoughtful, sustainable way.

When a woman is referred to my practice and goes on to become a client, her booking contributes to a Sponsored Support Fund. This fund is pooled and reviewed every six months, allowing me to offer a small number of women three fully funded sessions who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access private support at that time.

Sponsored sessions are delivered with the same care, depth, and professionalism as all private work.

A quiet thank-you
As a thank-you for referrals that help fund sponsored support, both the person making the referral and the woman referred receive a small credit toward future workshops or seminars — something to use if and when it feels useful.

This credit is:
-
applicable to group workshops or seminars only
-
time-limited (12 months from issue)
-
optional to use
How referrals work
Referrals are entirely consent-led. I don’t reach out directly to anyone who is referred.

If someone chooses to book in, they can simply note the referrer’s name in the referral section of the intake form.
