Mindset Coaching
Sometimes, what you need most is a safe space to talk, reflect and recalibrate. Coaching helps you reframe challenges, clarify your goals, and take practical, aligned steps toward the life you want to create.
I also integrate NLP techniques and proven tools to support deeper mindset shifts, helping you move forward with more clarity, calm and confidence.
What to expect…
Most women benefit from a mix of coaching and hypnotherapy, supporting both the conscious and subconscious sides of change. We always begin with a 90-minute first session; a powerful starting point to explore what’s going on emotionally, mentally, or physically, connect with where you are right now, and map out a clear, personalised path forward.
All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
You can choose to have your session virtually, online or if you're in Canterbury we can meet in a private therapy room that I’ll arrange nearby, a calm, confidential space for real transformation.
Every woman is different. Some experience powerful breakthroughs in one session, others prefer ongoing support to anchor and sustain change. You choose what feels right. Between sessions, I encourage you to check in with me via email to ask questions, or share reflections as you go.
