Through coaching and hypnotherapy designed for women in midlife, you’ll rebuild confidence, restore energy, and reignite a deeper sense of self - in life, work, and beyond.

How I can help…

I offer one-to-one clinical hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, or a tailored blend of both, designed to support women in midlife and menopause with practical tools and deeper emotional support.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Gentle yet powerful, hypnotherapy works at the subconscious level to help release what’s holding you back, from anxiety and low confidence to unhelpful habits, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks.

This therapeutic approach allows us to bypass overthinking and access the deeper mind, where lasting change takes root. Whether you're ready to shift old patterns, build confidence, or reconnect with a calmer, clearer version of yourself, hypnotherapy offers a safe and effective path forward.

Mindset Coaching

Sometimes, what you need most is a safe space to talk, reflect and recalibrate. Coaching helps you reframe challenges, clarify your goals, and take practical, aligned steps toward the life you want to create.

I also integrate NLP techniques and proven tools to support deeper mindset shifts, helping you move forward with more clarity, calm and confidence.

What to expect…

Real change happens when both the mind and subconscious are supported.


That’s why many women choose a blend of mindset coaching and hypnotherapy, though it’s entirely up to you. You can work with me through coaching, hypnotherapy, or both, depending on what feels right.

 

Your first session is 90 minutes, giving us space to explore what’s happening emotionally, mentally, or physically, and to map out a clear, personalised path forward.
 

All follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.

 

You can meet with me online from anywhere, or, if you’re based in Canterbury, in a private therapy room nearby. It’s a calm, confidential setting designed for genuine transformation.

 

Every woman’s journey is unique. Some experience powerful results in one session; others prefer ongoing support to deepen and sustain change. You choose your pace.

 

Between sessions, you’re welcome to check in by email with reflections or questions — continued support is part of the process.
