Meet Karen

This work is personal.

 

It grew from my own messy, unexpected, and ultimately extraordinary experience of midlife, perimenopause, and post menopause.

The kind that had me lying awake at 3am. The kind no one really prepares you for.

Hot flushes that could rival a heatwave.

Tinnitus. Joint pain. Plantar fasciitis.

Weight that arrived without invitation.

Brain fog so thick I'd lose my train of thought mid-sentence.

But underneath all of it? Something quieter, and harder to name.

I've been there. Every single one.

​"Cutting out sugar for two weeks… then a bad day happened and hello biscuits. Starting the 5km run group with all the enthusiasm - then quietly ditching it. Doom scrolling at midnight. Buying the journal, the supplements, the self-help books. And telling myself, 'Just one glass' - only to find it was three or four."

It wasn't laziness. It wasn't weakness.It was my subconscious running an older, deeper programme.

So, I got curious. And then I got qualified.

 

I trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and evidence-based coaching - learning how real, lasting change actually happens from the inside out.

Here's what I want you to know.

The past few years have been one of the most extraordinary journeys of my life. Not despite midlife, because of it. I've found a version of myself that feels steadier, clearer, and more alive than I have ever have before. And this journey? It's ongoing. The deeper I go, the more I appreciate how powerful it is to finally have your subconscious working for you, not against you.

Midlife isn't a crisis.
It's a recalibration - and it's one of the most
powerful turning points of your life.

There is so much more available to you than just getting through. You don't have to have it all figured out.

You just need a place to begin.
