FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS & REFERRAL PARTNERS
Supporting Women Through Perimenopause, Menopause & Midlife
When the physical picture isn't the whole picture
Medical and healthcare support can be an important part of a woman’s experience through perimenopause and menopause. Yet some women continue to struggle with confidence, motivation, sleep, identity, stress or patterns of behaviour that no longer feel helpful.

They may understand what they want or need to change but find themselves unable to translate that understanding into sustainable action.

My work offers complementary support for these wider emotional, behavioural and subconscious aspects of change.
When might complementary support be helpful?
A woman may benefit from additional support if she is experiencing:

-
Feeling unlike herself or disconnected from her sense of identity
-
Reduced confidence, motivation or self-trust
-
Stress, overwhelm or difficulty regulating her responses
-
Sleep disruption affecting her wellbeing or ability to cope
-
Difficulty changing habits or maintaining sustainable behaviours
-
A gap between knowing what she needs and being able to act on it
-
Emotional or behavioural challenges alongside GLP-1 medication, bariatric treatment or other health-related change
-
Uncertainty about her priorities, role or direction during midlife
Every woman’s circumstances are different. Support is tailored to her individual needs, priorities and goals.
THE TRANSFORMING MIDLIFE METHOD™
My work is underpinned by The Transforming Midlife Method™—a six-stage framework created specifically to support women through perimenopause, menopause and midlife.

It considers the interaction between life circumstances, hormonal change, subconscious patterns and nervous-system responses, while remaining flexible to each woman’s individual experiences and goals.

The framework helps women understand what may be influencing how they feel and respond, identify patterns that are no longer supporting them and create realistic, sustainable ways to move forward.
Support Available
Personalised 90-Minute Sessions
Focused individual support for a specific area of change, with a personalised approach tailored to the woman’s circumstances and goals.

May include support related to confidence, sustainable habits, GLP-1 or bariatric change, sleep and feeling reconnected with herself.
Complementary Support
My work is designed to complement appropriate medical, healthcare and psychological support, not replace it.
I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, and I will recommend that a woman seeks appropriate professional support where this falls outside my scope of practice.
