Important to note

This session is designed to work alongside your medical treatment, not replace it.

 

At no point will stopping or changing your medication ever be suggested - that is always a conversation between you and your prescribing medical practitioner.

What this session does is work on the other half of the equation - your mind.

 

Because lasting change happens when both your body and your mind are working together.

 

The medication does powerful work, and this session makes sure your mindset is equally powerful, so you move forward with new beliefs and patterns already in place - your body and mind are finally working as one.

A note on hypnotherapy

Many women are surprised by how natural and relaxing it feels. Think of it as a deeply enjoyable experience that just happens to be doing powerful work underneath - in your own space, in your own time.

 

You remain completely aware and in control throughout.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to tell you why I'm on a weight management medication?

No - your reasons are your own, and you never need to justify them to me. That said, the more context you're comfortable giving me, the more personal I can make your session and your hypnotherapy audio - your own words and your own story are what I work with.  My short intake form includes a few standard questions all professional hypnotherapists ask; beyond those, you choose what to share, and everything stays confidential.

 

Will this work if I'm just starting out on medication?

Yes - in fact this is an ideal time. We work with the quiet the medication creates while it's at its most powerful.

What if I'm thinking about coming off my medication?

This is exactly when this session matters most. As you reduce your dose, under the guidance of your medical practitioner, the food noise can start to creep back in, driven by long-held beliefs that have been sitting in your subconscious for years.

 

Our subconscious is incredibly powerful, and without new beliefs already in place, old patterns are very likely to return. This session ensures that as the medication steps back, your mindset steps forward - and this time, you're ready.

No. This is coaching and clinical hypnotherapy - a powerful combination that works directly with your subconscious beliefs and patterns around food and drink.

Medication can create an important window of opportunity by reducing food noise and cravings. During that time, we can work on the subconscious beliefs, habits and emotional patterns that influence behaviour.
