This chapter isn’t about falling apart. It’s about rewriting the rules, reconnecting with who you are, and creating space for something more meaningful.

That’s why I’ve created a range of ways to support you — from easy-to-access audios and tailored 1:1 support, to practical resources and deeper journeys through upcoming workshops, courses, and live events. You can start small or dive deeper — whatever feels right. Because success at this stage of life doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from learning to lead yourself forward with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Personalised Hypnotherapy for Midlife & Menopause

There’s something deeply powerful about having space held just for you. These private online sessions are designed for women navigating midlife or menopause who are ready to move past what's been holding them back — whether that’s anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, or patterns you’re simply tired of repeating.

At the heart of this work is clinical hypnotherapy — supported by coaching techniques where useful — to help you access the deeper part of your mind where lasting change happens. It’s not about doing more. It’s about gently shifting the beliefs, behaviours, and emotions that are ready to evolve — so you can move forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more like you.

Sessions are $150 NZD and run for 60 minutes, with your first session lasting 90 minutes, so we can set a personalised strategy that aligns with your goals. Email support is also included between sessions — so you’re never doing this work alone.
